The shopping basket page gives you options to pay for your goods.

You can pay with a credit or debit card through our secure online payment system. The very latest technology is used to ensure your card details are protected. Your card will not be debited until your goods are ready for despatch.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, ELECTRON, SWITCH, SOLO and JCB cards.

If you would prefer to use an alternative form of payment then select that option at the checkout and we'll contact you.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs will be calculated when you add goods to your shopping basket. The total cost of postage and packing will be clearly stated at the checkout.

The size, weight and value of your purchases will determine the shipping method.

For smaller items we use the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service. For large, heavy or high value items we use a next day courier service.

If an item is in stock at the shop then we will despatch it to you on the next working day after payment is received. Certain items need to be transferred from warehousing and this will add a couple of days on to the delivery time. This will normally be stated on the product details.

Our secure web pages are hosted by Secure Hosting Ltd. They use 128bit encryption, the strongest form of encryption available, with Thawte SSL certification. This ensures secure transmission of your personal information.

Please note that due to the massive increase in credit card and online fraud we reserve the right to refuse any order and for any reason.

Returns

The Office of Fair Trading 'Distance Selling Regulations' (DSRs) give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt of goods.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your purchases, this must be done within SEVEN WORKING DAYS of receiving the goods. Please note the following conditions:

- The cost of returning goods is your responsibility
- Goods must be returned in brand new, unused condition
- Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging

If any of these conditions are not met then we reserve the right to charge a reasonable re-stocking fee. This is to protect us in the event of having to discount returned goods.

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe that a product bought from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods. Many problems can be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned then, for the health and safety of our staff, please ensure they are clean. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered.
